2008 Crown victoria taxi for GTA V by BlueOrange
Changelog:
1.0: Initial Relase
1.1: Updated Vehicles.meta
1.2: Updated vehicles.meta, multiple liveries support
1.2a: Fixed LODs, Livery support works correctly
1.2b: Fixed wrong files
Installation:
Place all taxi files (taxi.yft, taxi.ytd, taxi_hi.yft, taxi_hi.ytd) into x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
Place vehicles.meta file into update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5
-- If you have already modified your vehicles.meta, inside the vehicles.meta FOLDER there is a .txt file with the settings for the taxi.
-- Put them in your vehicles.meta
Thanks to Cj24 for allowing me to convert and release this model for GTA V.
If you want to make a reskin, a template is included in template folder.
Credits:

@SpeedySC1978 @L187 @GreenAid I have just released a hotfix, which adds livery support, doesnt use vehicle_generic_smallspecmap, and has better LODs. You HAVE to replace the vehicles.meta in order for the new LODs to appear, and for liveries to work (up to 4 I believe, but could be 8) - Hotfix version is 1.2a

@BlueOrange cool beans I'm on it and thank you! I know i get racing around the streets of LS and then bam i run it to the yellow ghost which materializes 1 sec before impact lol...

LODs don't work at all. Car disappears with floating drivers. Yes, I replaced the vehicles.meta about 1000 times, tried doing it manually with the txt file also.

Really terrible. Interior is bad, vehicle is invisible at a distance. Not good at all, but unfortunately the only Crown Civ taxi we have. What a shame.
@BlueOrange Hey man, I personally think this is a pretty good taxi mod. The only thing I would request is if you could please make it into an add-on?
As someone who frequently mods their game, with the vehicles.meta being something I commonly update, I cannot thank you enough for putting a separate text file with just the taxi details in it. It makes life a shit ton easier, and this is the first time I've seen a mod do it. Thank you
