@any333 right, the upper limit was the problem, they all set about 10, making it about 20 but not too much so wheels would not go into body, it's easy to do this on suvs, but some cars don't have much room to play with
Many scripts are not working with same error...that's why i never wanted auto updating modded game, but there is no way around it, was hopping Launcher Bypass will do it, bu it also stops working unless game gets updated with Social Club and SC no longer last offline 3 days it has to go online every single day...infuriating crapp

@tomy445533 it's in vehiclemodelsets in coast guard section...there is only predator originally, you can copy all lines for one boat, add it bellow and replace name with tug
@Brandoman It's in individual weather files postfx section, 6 lines, intensity, radius, contrast and colors...i have them zeroed out since beginning of modding together with all other effects there i didn't want, but just intensity should do it
it could be similar in rdr2, maybe bit different, but it will not happen until OpenIV can extract rdr2 rpfs and content if it's encrypted further

And add it to Coast Guard group which will make then spawn naturally in game randomly,
either coast guard boats, or tug... it works pretty good with coast guard paths, they don't get stuck nowhere in Shallow Waters , i wish R* would think of these things when they adding DLC boats, because they can make designated paths so much easier with their original tools instead of modders rigging it
