@Eddlm Yo, been asking around... how would one go about having vehicles needing to shift every 10-12MPH in handling meta without reducing top speed? Most appreciated.
@ikt What settings (handling meta and such) would I need if I wanted a vehicle to shift/downshift every 10-12MPH like in real life? I find most vehicles only needing 3rd at like 40MPH in GTA. Many thanks
@JayMontana36 I’m not running any scripts of that kind… it’s been a known issue for many years, and a very specific one at that (only happening in certain areas that aren’t even busy). I’m not entirely convinced it’s just a matter of NPCs/vehicles being purged as errors indicate things are unable to spawn correctly— potentially something do with metadata fetching. I do know that the Menyoo trainer exacerbated the problem, for whatever reason.
@JayMontana36 Say, could you look into potentially rectifying how the game keeps rendering NPCs/vehicles invalid in certain areas (known as the ‘Bermuda Triangle’ bug), similar to how the performance dumps are tied to specific locations… terribly frustrating, especially when I’m having to reload LSPDFR every time as the issue leads to crashes when LSPDFR is trying to task/spawn in those areas. @JayMontana36 No worries m8, thanks for response. I’ll try out the 1.1 build and hit you up if I got any noteworthy observations. As a LSPDFR player, my CPU ( i7 9700k) is bombarded with things ticking in the background on a near- constant basis… perhaps a version that’s always running or toggable would be more beneficial to an extent—considering you’re managing load as a workaround— for my situation, or/and potentially end up conflicting in some fashion. As you say, I’ll combine this with FSR, which I’ve yet to try

This latest update has been a substantial boon for performance (even when running LSPDFR and Los Santos RED). Well done.
@indoraptor Yeah, animation only plays for reverse, neutral and 1st with Manual Transmission/Dynamic Vehicle First Person installed…
