Causing falls in textures when using with LSPDFR installed

@Gtaaals Can't give support for lspdfr, nve, or quant. Use the supplied gameconfig with these mods.

Everyone including me begin to fall after launching the game with this gameconfig. I think it has something to do with the script mods i had installed :/

@PatrickStar I have a video showing that with this gameconfig on latest version I don't have any trouble falling though the map. If I knew what mods were causing it I could try to fix it, but so far the only thing I've been told is it's mlos causing the issue which isn't gameconfig related. I need to recreate it on my end to diagnose.

Distant medium made my game crash but distant heavy seems to be stable so far.
Great mod!

@speeddemon the only difference between the two is outer key holes. Light has a key hole size of 400 while medium heavy and extreme are 300, 200, and 100. Bigger the key hole, less cars spawn near you.

@InfiniteQuestion I'm also using Skysder's Enhanced Traffic Experience mod which caused crashing with distant medium.
No idea why.

@InfiniteQuestion Now the distant heavy started crashing as well.
It's always while I'm driving around, crashes to desktop without error.

It didn't crash at all 2 days ago, happened twice yesterday and today it didn't crash either with distant heavy.

@speeddemon chat in discord, I can help better there. If it doesn't crash minutes of starting or playing the game, then the issue isn't gameconfig.

@InfiniteQuestion Could you explain a little more the difference between Distant and Infinite, and light, medium. heavy and extreme?

There 4 large rings, keyholes, that surround the player. You can have it GTA style as in medium size, or you can use infinite for the smallest size or distant for the biggest size. The bigger the keyhole, the less cars spawn in the keyhole. Well technically the same amount spawn, but larger distances for them to spawn makes it appear as less cars. Outside of these keyholes is the lowlod. The distant gameconfig has the keyhole as large as possible so theoretically you can see the same traffic from a mountain versus infinite gameconfig the keyhole is very small so outside of the spawn area will be lots of lowlod cars. It's a compromise between very thick traffic or traffic you can see for miles.
