Anyone else notice LOD issues when they've got this mod installed? Might just be Overhauled Trains showing it's age

IDK what's up with this mod, I've installed this mod countless times yet now the trains won't spawn on the rails at all, it still spawns the one from the base game, yet I can still spawn the assets from this mod with Simple Trainer :/
