Installation
1.Download reshade framework -> http://reshade.me/
2. Copy Reshade folder and Reshade64.dll
3. Rename Reshade64.dll to d3d9.dll
4. Copy all files from Frost folder into Reshade folder
5.Run OpenIV with "Edit mode" enabled
6.Navigate to update\update.rpf
7.Drag and drop all files from Update folder
8.Navigate to x64a.rpf
9.Drag and drop folder from x64a folder
10.Navigate to common.rpf
11.Drag and drop folder from common folder

Great try, you should keep upgrading it. But until gta v will be able to look as good as mods for gta iv I will stay away.

It's true that the day seems too bright, but the night looks perfect. (To me at least.)
@CyberLykan @Wallpy @H2awesome set your brightess to 25% or 15% in display settings
@CYB You couldn't just change the settings in the preset itself?
