Realistic maximum speed for GTA 5. The modification increases the maximum speed of the car to a real performance.

Overflod Entity XF - 440 km/h (Koenigsegg Agera)

Grotti Turismo R - 350 km/h Ferrari Laferrari)
Pegassi Vacca - 350 km/h (Lamborghini Gallardo/Aventador)

2. To specify the path to the directory installed games GTA 5 for Windows
3. To enable edit mode (if prompted to install the plugin for GTA V, then press "Set")
4. Further along this path - update\update.rpf\common\data
5. Find the file "handling.meta" and replace it with a file modification from the downloaded archive
6. The modification will be installed and the program OpenIV can be closed.

i tried but it seems to be scripted or something...speed doesen't change by modifying handling.meta
I don't understand why you told us the speeds in KPH when GTA 5 measures in MPH on the speedometers in the cars.
