If there was ever an ultimate project of passion, this is it. The R70K-II was the fruit of labor, love and overkill financing, courtesy of one very peculiar CEO. Grand and blindingly fast, it got put on a back burner just before its completion. But as we all know, if something as rare as an honest crook can kill you in nine different ways in a blink of an eye, its lucky day is inevitable. We won’t tell you what it cost to get it, but we advise you – don’t get too frisky with this old-timer.
Installation:
1.Put "r70k" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Add this line -> dlcpacks:\r70k\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

Very nice work as always! However, I tried adding these to traffic, and it looks like there's an issue with the textures (these are all screenshots of the same car as it drove around): https://i.imgur.com/1YfNPNT.png . I'm not sure what exactly is causing this, but I noticed the spoiler on the Sultan Wagon in the VWE pack has the same issue.

Would love to have it, sadly the folders named do not exist. I can't even find them in OpenIV. so as of now, its a 0/10. Maybe someone wants to help me...
The car is beautiful as always. Can i give an idea about a next car. Benefactor clk lM (gt-1) . I saw something similar in GTA 4 .

@mnieh Do you mean the /mods/ folder? Because if so, it is created using OpenIV. Its assumed everyone who mods the game uses a separate mods folder to avoid breaking the original files.
If you don't have it, a red prompt should tell you about it as soon as you open update.rpf with OpenIV.

@Tuppence870 I'm having the same issue. The textures flicker until a livery or respray is applied to the car. I know this is more than two years later, but is there a fix to this?

Its broken when you spawn in. White color, texture is flickering. When i start tuning it fixes itself. Editing textures does not do anything. Needs an update.
