This Mod replace the Speeder with the big Tug from GTA IV.
Features:
-Headlights
-Colorable like in GTA IV
-Orginal GTA IV Collision
-Burn Area
-Orginal GTA 4 Water position
-Moving Steering Wheel
-Climb on the Tug
-Easy enter into the Tug
-No rain in the Tug
DO NOT REUPLOAD MY README IN OTHER MODS AND DO NOT EDIT&REUPLOAD THIS MOD WITHOUT CREDIT ME!
How to Install?
1.Download and Install/open OpenIV.
2.Create a folder inside your GTA 5 Directory with the name "mods"
3.Copy your dlc.rpf file from GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\ to your mods folder with the same folders.
4.Browse to GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ with OpenIV and go in the Edit Mode!
5.Extract the Download file to your Desktop.
6.Select all yft and ytd files inside of the "Modded" Folder from the Download.
7.Drag and Drop the files of the "Modded" Folder to the OpenIV Window.
8.Done :) Enjoy

Note: You can enter the Tug very easy by a invisible hole on the left side.
Just press the VehicleEnterkey and the Player will get automaticly into the driver seat.

-Add a invisible hole for entering the Tug from the water

@MrGTAmodsgerman If you don't want to make it into an add-on then, with your permission, I could ask someone else to make it into one and send the add-on version to you for you to upload yourself or give you credit for the original models.
@Number1GojiFan I didn't say that i don't want to make it. I only say when this could happend. This mod only have 1,5k downloads and i clearly already have a addon for it that fits perfectly. The question is, why you not gonna make it as addon for yourself? Nobody seems to be really care about this upload, i have no intention currently to update it. A update always means to bring something new. Sure, i could to this tomorrow, but who would download it? Only a small group of people. Ok. a few years is a little bit too much but it would take time.
@MrGTAmodsgerman The reason why I don't turn it into an add-on myself is because I'm relatively new to the modding community and I don't really have experience with that ( you can go to my profile and check when I registered and also see that I have not uploaded anything). Trust me if I knew how to turn vehicles into add-ons I would made this and many other replace mods in this website into add-ons. I only gave you an offer just in case you couldn't do it for any reason such as the one you proposed. I understand that you don't feel like updating it since it isn't that popular anymore which is I was offering you that and I'm offering you now. Since you are going to make it, then how much time will it take? If it takes too much time I would like to ask someone else to quickly turn it into one.

The current version doesn't have it in any ways. Needs much more work then a simple addon.
