i tried to install this mod today in the latest epic version but the house is not visible in game with all other surrounding textures deleted.

playing v3095 and had installed not more than 100 cars and game crashes within 2 minutes of gameplay. had tried removing script mods likes SPA 2, persistent rides, mcbusinesses etc. but game is still crashing. installed new mod simmy's haulage, repo and gopostal. can anybody tell me magic settings so that game doesn't crash and i can play endlessly.

what a waste. cant create multiple parking spaces

okay i managed to get marker but new problem arises, when i select cargo mission no trailer or truck is spawning. went to another job location (log trailer one) to check but the game crashed on selecting the mission.

went to the blip on the map. there was no marker nothing happens???!!

ability to use own trucks would be a cherry on the cake
