I'm quite frustrated to see that there are not a lot of lore friendly mods that add some life to the game, I'm getting bored really fast with GTA V (because it was made for kids only, and R* act like they hate SP; my god if only GTA IV was optimized and last update compatible with mods...) so when I see one like yours or like WoV I can only be happy. And your mod could be pretty fun while playing LSPDFR.
I didn't try yet, so I have a question: does it make the game a permanent messy civil war or are gunfigths still quite rare? Because even gang areas in LA are quite safe if you don't do stupid things, except Compton where cops ask you if you live there and if not tell you to turn back lol.
I already have WoV and your mod could be a nice addition.
PS: like someone said a few days ago, it would be great to have same kind of stuff in Little Seoul and asian mob. And maybe some rednecks (or trailer trash) "gang" in the desert?
@charackthe Hello, as we talked in comments section of the original mod, I've sent a bug report and feature request using your Gforms. You didn't reply there so I don't know if you've read my latest comments. Maybe you were upset lol.

I rate 4/5 for the time being because it's great to update a legendary (but broken) mod and you're working hard on it, but it still needs some improvements to be perfect.
@charackthe hey, I realized something ^^ maybe you thought I was talking about your version, right? Because you told me to use your Google form on this mod page but here we are on the original script by INM, then I checked your profile and I saw that you have your own updated SPA.
BTW I just tried your version and I have almost no stuttering (1 quick and small fps drop sometimes near the MP houses, barely noticeable). And it's great, I will probably use it when some stuff (from my first comment) will be fixed.
I'll rate/comment on your own version later. And I'll try to provide a french translation when I have some spare time, the default one in original SPA contains a bunch of errors and of course some text is missing now.
If only you could do the same on "Lively World" mod, I mean improving perfs, that would be perfect :D

I can assure you that perfs issues are not my fault. My system is finely tuned and optimized, my CPU is overclocked at 3.7GHz (R5 1600 have no problems with overclock at this frequency), RAM is at 3200MHz as it is required to have Ryzen max perfs, temps are ok (max CPU temp around 61°C but note that I live in a hot place and we have massive heat wave in EU since a couple of weeks).
GTA V without this mod, very high almost everywhere, is at constant 57fps (I use Freesync + framerate capping), I rarely drop at 51fps during less than 1 second when heavy scenes at night with a lot of grass+particles+shadows+traffic+whatever happen.
I'm not a kid who bought his PC at Walmart, I built it myself, and I do PC gaming since ~20 years.
I can easily understand that it's hard to optimize such big mods (same issues with Lively World), don't worry, but when I read in description that perfs issues only happen with "slow CPUs" I'm quite irritated :D I know I don't have a i9-7980XE, but still, I shouldn't have any problems with my CPU.
Of course I'll change my rating if there are any improvements and if this mod is kept alive
@charackthe thank you for your answer :) well unfortunately if perfs can't be improved I won't use it, I'm quite sad as the two Procoprio houses are what I miss the most in my game when I go RP (as secondary countryside homes for F and M).
Dont know if this mod is dead or not, but it has a great potential.
Could be easily essential if it didn't have performance issues (15-20 fps drop, description says it may happen on "slow cpu" but you can't say that a Ryzen 5 1600 well optimized and tuned is a "slow cpu", ok it's not ultra high end but not a piece of crap either).
Translations issues in french but not modder's fault, I may help improve it if this mod is still alive and updated in the future. Some bugs like missing images or animations too.
Some houses are not similar to MP and not "realistic", for example Procoprio mid-end houses have high-end garages, it breaks lore and consistency.
It would be great if SPA tool allowed to select more precisely apartments inside towers, I mean we can disable Eclipse Tower entirely, but we can't enable it and disabling only one or two of it's apartments.
I'm rating it 3/5 for now, it works but unfortunately it's not really playable and I'm afraid that author gave up.
For the people who don't see anything on the map, be sure that NativeUI.dll is in your scripts folder. I had it in root folder where gta5.exe is, it worked for other mods requiring it, but not with this one.
And as the modder said, give results of scripthookvdotnet.log, it's how I saw that my issue was related to NativeUI.
My 2nd favourite mod with WoV. But I can't use it because as other users said it creates a lot of stuttering, it's very frustrating. And I don't have any custom vehicles or graphics mod. Without it I'm at 60fps (well, 57 as I use Freesync+FRTC) even in grass with Very High settings, it happens (rarely) to drop to 50fps but never below that. If I enable this mod every two or three seconds I drop to 30-35fps. And I tried to tweak the settings, didn't change anything regarding perfs. Ryzen 5 1600 and RX 580, system and game finely tuned, I know it's not my fault and I'm not alone with this issue.
An option to remove blips entirely would be nice too.
I rate 4/5 now because IMO this mod is essential but currently it can't be used.

And I don't have a lot of mods, only 5-6 scripts, WoV, I even didn't install LSPDFR yet.
No graphics mod as I prefer vanilla, I use VisualV sometimes but not installed currently.
