It really would be great to have the option to disable the feature that turns you into Michael when you die; I already have a mod that takes care of that, and I can't use this one because this unavoidable feature screws up my gameplay.
I was using the old version of this mod you uploaded in the GTA V forums long ago. What are the differences between that one and this?
Also, I did read people are having trouble getting/spending money. This is what I did with the old mod to make it work:
- Change my character skin to whatever I want.
- Change the has with my mod, say, to Trevor.
- Then, change my controlled character to either Franklin or Michael.
- Change back to Trevor; at this point, when I'm controlling Trevor again, either his skin reverted to the default state or is somewhat messed up (missing torso or legs, diving equipment on, etc.).
- Swap my skin to the one previously selected.
And that's it, now I can get/spend money and get random events even when using a custom skin. Also I keep my stats (strenght, driving, etc.) as they were for the particular player has I'm using and I can increase them too. Also, kills, crime and other actions count in the Stats page for that particular character. Only thing I can't pull off are special skills.
I hope this helps you in figuring out how to deal with the issue so you don't have to do the workaround I listed to play properly. I'm waiting eagerly for the next version!
Is there an option, or could it be in later versions, to disable the change to a normal player skin (usually Michael) on death to avoid crashes? I have another mod that handles that and it overlaps with this one, and breaks the intended result.

Also I have a problem with the hotkeys. I had them set up in version 32, and after updating to this one they no longer work. If I go to Trainer options - Setup Hotkeys, my game crashes.
Reverting to version 32 fixes the problem. How come?

Thanks! Great mod :)
Could I replace any of the three main characters with this model? And if so, how? Thank you!
How could I use this model to replace one of the three main characters? I don't care about their customization, just want to use this model.
@Zemanez My bad, forgot about resetting the hotkeys in the xml, that fixes the problem.
Also, any chance for the animations saving?
An update for this would be great! Doesn't work on newer version of the game.

Would it be possible to replace one of the main characters model with this one? And if so, how? Thanks!
