I want to love this mod but I get some pretty gnarly texture pop-in/loss downtown when switching camera view. Only happens when this mod is installed. Specs:

7600x3d
RTX 5080
32gb RAM

So i dropped my settings in settings.xml to 1.0 and it seemed to have fixed my crashing issues within a minute of the game starting. Thank you for this!

With this tool would you have to consider modifications to setttings.xml? For example, I have my population, vehicle variety and vehicle density set to 2.5, but I'm guessing I'll have to scale that back?

@Chiheb-Bacha Seems to work. I haven't been able to push the rpf limit on Enhanced but I'm not having any issues with Legacy.

Does it come with 1 engine?

Would be nice if NPCs got "wanted levels" for things they did. Thats a feature GTA IV had that's missed (NPCS getting arrested)
