@SalamastarXenos the mod only works if you have ScriptHook.net 2.10.9 and Native UI 1.8. It won't work with the latest build of ScriptHook.net or Native UI. I was having the same issue but using the older version of ScriptHook.net and Native UI the mod works.
@raining bananas thanks man! Hopefully that fixes the Addon Peds issue. I could get the Addon Peds mod working sometimes when I edited the dlclist.xml but the other times it just crashes. Well hopefully the game config mod along with the adjusters will fix it permanently.
@raining bananas it was CW The Flash by OkaymanXXI but I deleted it basically gave up on it even the CW Arrow mod, mainly because I gave up on the Knight Rider mod. I had to reinstall my entire game or at least had to create a new mods folder or scripts folder to get my game working. I'm sure that I can get CW The Flash and CW Arrow working without installing the Knight Rider mod since it's obviously broken. And I'm having a little trouble with Addon Peds, some reason the game crashes after I add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/addonpeds/</Item> to dlclist.xml but when I remove it, the game works fine.
@raining bananas I hear you that's so unfortunate. I kind of noticed that. I even tried to install the Knight Rider and the Flash mod but couldn't get them to work without breaking or crashing my game. Yeah unlikely it will get updated and it's sucks.

The mod actually works with ScriptHook.net 2.10.9 and Native UI 1.8 (but apparently doesn't work with Native UI 1.9.1 which caused my game to crash when I click on either the Player or Girlfriend menu in the Custom Peds menu). And seems like I need ScriptHook.net v3.1.0 and Native UI 1.9.1 if I want to use the Map Editor. I wish there was a way to get both things to work at the same time without have to switching between two versions of ScriptHook.net and Native UI. I don't know if there is another mod similar to Custom Peds but I will say I like this mod though.
I wish this mod would get an update but it seems like it haven't been updated in 3 years and probably won't get a new update any time soon. It doesn't work for me either. I see the menu was trying to appear but it disappears in less than a second after that. Even when I pull up the script console it shows me an error. And I don't know if it's compatible with Addon Peds. I can try it with ScriptHook.net 2.10.9 but I don't know if it will break my other script mods if I downgrade from ScriptHook.net v3.1.0 and I have Native UI 1.9.1.
At first I thought maybe the latest update of your mod was incompatible with Addon Peds 3.0.1 but apparently it just doesn't like when I edit dlclist.xml in OpenIV. The moment after I edit dlclist.xml and start the game, it just crashes at the moment I tried to launch the story mode. When I removed your mod from my scripts folder the game works like a charm again. I think one of the last update of your mod works fine but the latest it just crashes the game after I edit dlclist.xml. I know your mod was working fine while I was using Addon Peds before. Just odd that it doesn't want to work now.
Well okay I figured it out the Peds where you installed them in OpenIV, the ones with folders are supposed to be set to true and the ones without folders are supposed to be set to false in the Addon Ped Editor. No wonder why my game was crashing. I must've miss something in the instructions how I installed them and no wonder why I was confused. Lol. I hope this helps someone else if they're confused.

@raining bananas at least I can get the Ruiner 2000 by using the Add-On Vehicle Spawner, closest thing getting Knight Rider's KITT.
