@Unsearchably - All your points are absolutely valid and in my experience with a rolled back version of the game, it one time worked. I'm still convinced it's the updates from R.S. that is changing number values for the cars lists. There is a way to make this mod work. Good feedback M8.

@GaloDeOuro - I have a problem with my characters house disappearing from the map but this is a conflict with Open Interiors. I can't say what may be going on with your game but i will experiment more to see if i have the same problem.

@GaloDeOuro Do not use "vixtergames" files at all use the new version of this current mod.

@charackthe - Understood. Can't wait for the update is the top floor worked but kicked me out to the garage of Benny's. XD

@Trucktheusa - Get ImNotMentaL's "New Benny's Original Motor Works in SP 1.7.1b" installed then ImNotMentaL's "Single Player Apartment [Deprecated] 1.9.2". Then install this mod not overwriting INMNativeUI.dll.

@charackthe - I know that this is not your problem but this is incompatible with open interiors, does somebody have a fix?

I use this to replace dds. files embedded into yft. files. Openiv currently does not support this.

1. Put the contents of this folder in a folder on your desktop.
2. Open file you want to replace dds.
3. Import new dds. file.
4. Save.

It works. Great tool. Thanks.
