To everyone that has download this. This will no longer been work on because I found a hiccup in the file. So with that said I made a huge change on the file down load the new Gameistic Vehicle Damage File.I bet You Will enjoy way better then this one.For sure..

This doesn't touches any thing other then damage.Meaning that if you get into or the NCP in game gets into a car accident there the vehicle damage. Bullets file stood the same so did the vehicle handling ( your driving handle) does not change.What was in there stay there.Just the damage files was touched....Enjoy,,,
