i havent tried this mod yet but does this allow online characters/npcs to use the trio's (michael, trevor, franklin) special abilities?
and here i was just a minute ago thinking "hey what if somebody made a rope mod for gta 5"

@voncarl93 is it possible to change how long they stand after falling from a headshot? i used to browse the "dark parts" of reddit, and i can definitely tell you that headshots will make someone just fall to the ground instantly, then stiffen.
