How to Use:
1. Install and launch a Virtual LAN application such as Radmin VPN.
2. Create a network and have both players join it.
3. Open Radmin VPN and copy the IP address of the player running GTA V.
4. Open the control panel HTML file and paste the IP address into the IP field.
5. Launch GTA V and wait until the mod displays the "Server Started" notification.
6. Once connected, the controller can trigger chaos effects in real time.
Challenge Idea:
