Due to wardrobes introduction in 0.8.8, new variable "did_frank_move" was added to mod options. Please open savehouse_mod.lua in scripts/addins folder with Notepad and change "did_frank_move = false" to "did_frank_move = true" if Franklin in your save file has already moved from his aunt's house to Vinewood Hills mansion.
Also please note that our mod is not compatible with Open All Interiors Mod, since they both use otherwise inaccesible interiors.

Hello everyone and sorry for such a delay in mod updates and news. I honestly thought that my job and other activities will allow me some free time to develop this mod, but reality proved me wrong. So yes, @mzaliac14, I think it is safe to say now that this mod is dead.
There are 3 main reasons for this:
1. LUA plugin, which we based our work at, is no longer supported by its creator, and moving to C#, being possible, proved to demand too much time;
2. Neither me nor Hennysmafter have time for modding any more :(
3. I personally did not play GTAV for the last half a year or even longer. Truth be told, I lost interest in the game long before we rolled out last versions of this mod. So there is a problem to find new passion for the game I do not launch;
4. Far superior (but with somewhat different functionality) mod is out there and updated regularly -- that is SPA.
5. I kind of ran out of ideas for future development. Radio, TV and such things are nice, but there are other mods for that already, all you have to do is use a little bit of imagination while playing and merging them with our mod. Incorporating all things into one mod is too time-consuming with too little a payoff for me as a developer :(
Anyone can use our code in their projects. Just be warned that LUA engine for GTA is outdated.

All these years and it still works! Just follow the wiki install link posted. I love this mod so much because I can set any house as my own.

to me the mod does not go, in the game loads but when I go to the icons the table of options freezes and does not go

Sooo does this mod just not work or something? Everything installed correctly and he’ll I even watched a video after the wiki installation didnt work and it still didn’t work so what am I doing wrong or does it just not work anymore?

After installing there is a line of text on the bottom of my screen saying "LoadMPMapsonRefresh True 0/ how to remove this text?
Overall amazing mod. I love the edition that you can create a save point/houses anywhere as well, opens up the mod to any house you want in the city or even modded houses. There is a horrible optimization problem with the Map Editor portion of the mod though, I believe it's throwing errors. I had drops of 40-60 FPS using the Map Editor part of the mod. After deleting the Map Editor files, the mod seems to be working perfect with no optimization issues.
I know this is a dead mod, but I noticed that when setting a savepoint the mod will overwrite any cellphone save areas, which I don't think is right. I figured out you can fix this by editing the function sh.loading_screen(sptype, array) in savehouse_mod.lua by deleting the character garage spawn coordinates, then change the sh.spawnplayer() line to this to choose to load the spawn at the safehouse you picked by pressing PGUP: if loading_limbo and (get_key_pressed(33)) then loading_limbo = false sh.spawnplayer() end
this enables you to both load from a cellphone save spot or the safehouse
