Note: The searchlight cone is not implemented (yet).
This mod adds a controlable searchlight to the police chopper and select police vehicles.. You can set it to follow Vehicles or Pedestrians, or use manual mode. While inside a police helicopter or a police cruiser, press Numpad 0 to switch the searchlight on/off. Press Numpad 1 to target closest vehicle, and Numpad 3 to target closest pedestrian. You can also press Numpad . (decimal) to switch the line on/off. You can use it to locate who your searchlight is targeting.
You can now use Manual Mode, that means that you can control the light yourself! Switch it on using the Numpad 2 key, and direct the light with Numpad 8-4-5-6.
You can rebind all of the keys in SearchLight.ini

- Install ScriptHookV
- Install ScriptHookDotNet
- Place all of the contents of the zip into the scripts/ folder. If it doesnt exist, make one.

Troubleshooting
- Make sure your ScriptHookDotNet is updated to the latest version. You can download one from here
- The light is hard to see at day
- Check your Numlock
- You have to be in a police maverick
- Press Numpad . to enable the line and check if it's working

great work best gta spotlight yet but it turns off when you get outta the car is there a way to make it stay on or can you add it to the mod?

@Guadmaz I'm having this issue where whenever I press Numpad0 it freezes the game for half a second and spits this into the log:

This isn't wokring for me. I don't know how to look up my scrip report or whatever it is. I've installed it and followed all directions.

@Guadmaz I got the script working. The only problem is that in order to use vehicle lock, I have to get extremely close to the vehicle or pedestrian (I'm talking like maybe 20-25 feet maximum distance). Idk if that was what addressed in the patch notes "distance bug". Also, as a side note, I couldn't figure out how to control the manual mode. I was able to switch to it, but it just got stuck behind the helicopter. (I know the keys that are SUPPOSED to work). If it's any consolation, my problems only pertain to being the pilot of a heli, as I have yet to try the passenger camera mode. Any tips would be greatly appreciated !

@guadmaz hey I need help with the something I'm using reshade and sweetfx a nice graphic mods for the game especial at night...its so dark I liked it...but I have problem with car headlight they work for 5 minute after I play and they stop working for like 5-10 min and back to work and so on for the whole time...I need help please

press numpad 1 = nothing
press bumpad 2 = manual
I did everything listed, Change keybindings and nothing worked, just manual, I was even hitting the cars with my police heli, Still nothing, And there is nothing on the logs.
This needs a full rework, I don't like how the system works
