@mitto_backup Essentially, as I would assume, to erase the negative star/ feedback rating. The feedback from his previous upload of this mod was people condemning him for the mod's lack of functionality, they also accused him of placing the functionality of the mod behind paywalls. Furthermore, the creator of this mod would accuse the people of lacking tact in their approach to criticism. I would imagine that this is his attempt at detaching himself from those accusations. To put it precisely I am not certain that I am correct in my assumptions but gun to my head, I would say I am right, and I believe I would live.

Im pretty sure he re-uploaded it because of the many negative comments. Basically the gist or reason this mod is hated on is because:
- It is barebone and doesn't offer almost anything
- The actual mod is locked behind a paywall
- Even if you pay for a his patreon subscription, you will still have to deal with the errors, crashes, issues..etc

I have absolutely nothing against this modder, he might even be a cool guy. But his approach is just wrong.
First release a fully functional mod or two, THEN maybe create another mod, only accessible behind a paywall if you want,

We are a team, not just one person, and the mod wasn't re-uploaded. The old version got taken down by admins due to advertising. The current version is revised and ad-free.

@Derandy123 the security group of this mod is related with police and you can not fight back (fighting back is illegal in GTA5 algorithm and gives you wanted stars) except if you use trainer cheat to never be wanted. Another mod is coming soon gives security service not related with police and can fight against police.
About the navigation it's very hard to make the group so, as this is related to AI (making an artificial intelegence that chooses best roads automatically).
