Installation
Place HomeInvasion.dll and HomeInvasion.xml into your "scripts" folder. You will need the latest versions of Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook and NativeUI.
About
This mod lets you rob various houses and apartments like in GTA SA and GTA IV. You can invade homes anyway you want, loud or silent. Be careful though, some house residents love the 2nd Amendment and will use it against you. Houses that can be robbed will be marked on your map. I will add more house entries and different types of houses in future updates, you can add more house entries in the .XML file or wait for next version which will add modding tools which easily allow you to do the same thing. Here are the house types:
0 - Small Apt
1 - Lowend House
2- Beach Apt
3 - Midrange House
4 - Hotel Room
5 - Mansion
6 - GTA Online Apartment
More house types and house entries will be added in future updates like I said, this mod took me a long time to make because I had to script the pedestrians alert AI manually, make them work in the interiors, etc.

- Home pedestrian calling police improved, with phone ringing and blip and only one
- If you intimidate or kill a home pedestrian who calls the police fast enough, no police will show up in the home
- You cannot enter homes when you have a wanted level or you just recently robbed it
- Police Dispatch/Arrival Time is now randomized and can be longer
- New police dispatch/arrival type: SWAT
- Police will have randomized outfits/ped props when spawning inside the home
- Added door opening/closing sounds when entering/exiting a home
- Player will enter stealth mode automatically when entering a home
- Player will say something when exiting out of the house alerted and getting a wanted level
- Player will curse when getting spotted by home pedestrian
- Home pedestrians who are brave and attack the player will now have an enemy AI blip
- Home pedestrians can now detect player movement noise (running/walking), stay in stealth mode to be undetected when not in their line of sight
- Home pedestrian's money is now balanced/nerfed
- Home pedestrians outfits are now more randomized
- Home money bags is now balanced/nerfed
- Other miscellaneous small bug fixes and additions

It's buggy. Textures disappear in some houses. Textures disappear on Lester's mission and it is impossible to leave Lester's house to complete the mission. The textures in Franklin's first hut also disappear. Also, the BZ Gas Grenades mission will not start.

for anyone having problems with falling through the map when u enter a home download open all interiors mod and before you start a burglary mission go to the interior icon on vespucci beach enter that house and walk back out it loads all home interiors so u dont fall through map

@jj8111 I don't know how to delete my previous comment (with the words "this is a lie"). Indeed, if you enter one of the houses in the Vespucci area, then there will be no "failures". By the way, in this house the views from the window are not at all from the Vespucci area, but it seems to be Chumash.

it just doesn't work. i downloaded every required mods and still there is no blips or any shit on the map

It's buggy
1. Kills textures in houses (no bed in Michael's mansion, no textures in Franklin's room.
2. Kills cinema labels from the map. Also kills mission markers. For example, Lester's missions for murders (label "L"), missions for Michael from the inspector (label "B"), the mission "Starlet in Vywood" (label "?"), the mission of Dr. Freeland and others.09 de Dezembro de 2022 -
Getting an update now seems unlikely, but it’s a shame that there’s no way to turn off the blips, seeing as though, due to the game’s hard-coded blip limit, they result in more important blips, such as mission blips, being removed.

@jedijosh920 Yo dude your works are magic!! Any chance for an update to fix the various issues? Would LOVE to play this mod, but it's impractical with so many dozens of blips on the radar. Maybe turn it on through the phone or something?

if you are doing a playthrough of the story mode hold off on installing this mod. It causes missions to be buggy as their icons wont show up half or most of the time. cool mod though

Okay so turns out JediJosh has left GTA modding in 2019, and probably the gaming communities in general (or at least isn't active on them; I checked all of his links).
BUT!!!
I am willing to voluntarily FIX AND FORK any of JediJosh's mods and re-upload them here (with due credit of course). I'm also willing to make small, QOL changes to existing mods or to restore/enhance/add a bit of functionality to them.I have programming experience in Java, C++, Python and a bit of SQL, but absolutely no exp in GTA V modding, so I'll need a hand or at least someone to show me what causes the crashes.

@jazzysoggy12 yeah but he quit GTA modding, his YT channel focuses on video editing and skin mods for PS4 games (mostly Spiderman and Lego).
