installation
using openiv go to GTA V / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / models / cdimages / patchday3ng.rpf / right click and select show in "mods" folder - hit edit mode and import the content of rar folder
then save
in the game use PC Trainer V to select s_m_y_clown_01 and change the appearance to 1990 "IT" if you want

@alienkingPL you can use it as addon-ped just rename the 4 files to Pennywise , but you still need PC Trainer V to change the head .
