Changes the Weeny badges for the real MINI badges on the Issi.
Backup included.
----Install----
1. Open OpenIV
2. Browse to /x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3. Click on "Edit Mode" on the top of the window and click "Yes"
4. Drag the modded issi2.ytd file into OpenIV
