When you Have Open IV installed and you Created a Mod Folder if you dont know to greate a Mod Folder Look go Here[IMPORTANT] : http://openiv.com/?p=1132
So to install police.ytd go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf now click Edit mode and Drag the police.ytd in your vehicles.rpf Done!
To install police3.ytd go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf just go also in Edit Mod and Drag the police3.ytd in the vehicles.rpf
So to install police4.ytd go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf now click Edit mode and Drag the police.ytd in your vehicles.rpf Done!
New Version is now with the police4.ytd.
