Instalation :
1) Download model car include in the mod "Salamanca Police Department Stanier [Add-On]" by 3milo here : https://fr.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/salamanca-police-department-stanier-addon
2) Drag the file named "rhpolice" here :
Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > SPD > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf

why rb lights?
Nice job except for the red/blue lights. Chicago PD doesn't use red/blue, ever. Marked Chicago Police vehicles have followed a strict standard since the mid-1960's. Just blue/white only.
