This mod actually belongs to KeyWest2014.
I just took his SurfV mod and put it one step ahead to Windsurf.
With v1.5 update, a new custom windsurf prop with proper wetness and transparency is added.
FEATURES
No silly engine sound! You can hear wind speed sound instead!. Hands are properly on steering bars. Feet are properly on surfboard. You can get on board again once you get off (unlike KeyWest2014's original surf mod). Your character gets wet properly on surfboard (God damn awesome Menyoo tricks again!) as normally you can't get wet on a seashark.
INSTALLATION
REQUIRED
Menyoo Trainer is a hard requirement.
AddOnProp Version:
1. Enable edit mode on OpenIV and place "windsurf_sail.ydr" and "windsurf_board.ydr into:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonprops\dlc.rpf\props.rpf
2. DO NOT forget to add these props in "addonprops" dlc's "def_props.ytyp" by using "Props Editor".
3. Enable edit mode on OpenIV and place:
"dlc_patch" folder into -->
mods\update\update.rpf
4. Place the "Windsurf II.xml" into folder:
...\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Vehicle
Default Version:
1. Enable edit mode on OpenIV and place:

Only found one issue where the sounds in rockstar editor are back to the default sounds. Overall this is a great mod, looking forward to later updates :).

I know very well how to use Menyoo mate but I have no idea how to make a vehicle add on. Moreover, this won't replace normal seasharks,it will only conflict with a super yacht mod's seasharks,which means pedestrians will still be wandering around on their seasharks normally.
Ah hot damn Menyoo, rated 5/5 even tho I'll never use Menyoo. I guess you could try making it an addon by taking a custom handling and a vehicles.meta from a bike? (as the animation is from a bike i take it) but adding sounds to the game can't be done afaik so that still would take replacing

Mine works like a clock. No problems at all. You sure you placed toro2.awc and toro2_npc.awc in right place? If yes, delete mpapartment dlc from your mods folder (...\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks) and re-copy it there. Then mod it again.
dude, this is funny and dope af, but it will be great if the character would move to the left part of the board when he's doing a jibe, like in real life ;D
@jumanji4400 GREAT work with this mod, brother. Any plans on doing a surfboard mod? The 2 available right now don't work very well, but if you use the same config you used on this mod to create a surf mod, it would be AMAZING!

I checked the other mods. I'm not a mesh or script modder mate; I can only play on textures and creations that can be altered with Menyoo. So those are way beyond me to change. Sorry.

Sadly Menyoo has no such feature so as to attach objects to random vehicles.
