@Xx_vGv_xX Just browse around the text files and you'll eventually find it.
In GTA IV, though, it was in the data folders as it's own HTML folder with all the websites encoded into some format OpenIV couldn't open. I'd gladly mess around with the HTML or whatever language they encoded GTA IV's websites in...

Uhm....your screenshots show the language to be in Espanol. How bout one in English??
