this mod can give you a really really clean game experience
some peaple will noticed that GTA5 feel a little blur no matter how you change video settings.and now , i find out why!
because rockstar is so stupid! they used three simple effect to make this game "better"
that is EDGE BLUR，FAR DOF and CA! worst effect ever！and i believe those became illegal effects since 1978,at this time ,no one use them except UBI
so,i made this mod to save rockstar.

you can change values yourself,it has been write in the README file

@shimon101 you mean explosion blur? no, it doesn't. but you can search " blur " , and you will find one NO EXPLOSION BLUR MOD, made by @mxt333
