- Retextured grass (4K)
- Retextured drainage system
- Retextured driveway
- Added easter egg to tarpaulin ;]
- Retextured most houses in beverly hills area!

This I actually like. Probably the best revamped texture mod for Michael's House I've ever seen
@Tinos Its good but the rocky texture on entrance & stairs dnt suit well to a luxury villa
