INSTAL TUTORIAL (Do not forget to take back-up) : IT REPLACES A BIN BAG!!
1. In OpenIV, locate your Grand Theft Auto V location, and turn on edit mode in the top of the tab.
2. Navigate to mods > x64c > levels > gta5 > props > lev_des> lev_des.rpf
3. Replace files prop_ld_binbag_01.ydr and prop_ld_binbag_01(plus)hidr.ytd

@slackzop how did you modify the skin? i thought it was locked?

@adamenforcers hospitals aint locked if thats what you mean lol....locked-down made me bored, so passing time by playing games and modding lol :D
@slackzop i forgot to mention the ydd texture, i had a texture of my own to put in on this stretcher a ferno stretcher color but when i tried to export it claimed it was locked. i just wanted to know how you were able to do it? :D
@slackzop how were you able to replace that ydd texture? on my end all i could replace was the ytd. :)
@adamenforcers lol :D ...well I dont see any ydd file, thrs only ydr and ytd..so i opened both in Texture Toolkit and simply replaced the dds file with my modified dds version...
I really dont like having corona virus mods...I know gta is supposed to be satire but...this whole thing really isnt a laughing matter...
we need chinstrap!!!

How did you reskin this, as I want to do my own.
What is the location for the stretcher to be seen in the street ambulances?
