Its been a work in progress off and on for a month, but I have finally finished my farm. It is essentially a new house mod on the zancudo river including the following:
- farm house with full interior ( lower class)
- hundreds of trees and landscaping
- mechanics garage
- wood and metal working work shop
- barn
- hay shelter
- fenced in cattle field with 20 - 30 cattle
- hay field
- shooting range
- small hunting camp with watch tower
this map is intended for those of us who prefer a working class character and lifestyle as opposed to owning a wealthy mansion.
the prop count is around 1500 so its kind of intensive. I always load it up at location to avoid crashing or stuttering. give it a minute, it should load. make sure to check out the whole area so you don't miss anything. the farm is divided by the river with the house and all outbuildings and main farm on one side. the hay fields and hunting camp are across the river.

-10k object list ( I have included my object list in the download in case you need it)
INCOMPATIBLES
- not compatible with my previous map country life. it uses the same location
just open map editor and load farm.xml. I recommend using a persistence mod to save vehicles, and to increase draw distance in map editor settings so trees aren't popping in and out. feedback is always appreciated.

Leemcky I love this map sooooo muich! It's seriously good and was EXACTLY what i was looking for! However, most of the cattle and all the humans are spawning miles away, i am also getting unknown props that don't spawn, can i get some help with this please.
