Installation:
1, Run OpenIV
2, Go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps"
3, Open the "custom_maps.rpf" file
4, Drag and drop the "hill_house.ymap.xml" into the "custom_maps.rpf"
5, Close OpenIV and launch the game
6, Enjoy it! :)

@tmolnar I Approved it, but removed the requirement for Menyoo (as you don't really need it for this). Nor Map Editor, for that matter, so I removed that tag as well.
