Nice Mod, but just a few things. The rpf is 865,302,016 bytes. It's probably a good idea to have a base rpf that has only the essential directories. Anytime a change is made in OpenIV it adds to the file making it bigger each time a change is made.

Also, there is a small glitch with clipping of the wall between the garage and showroom. And one recommendation. If possible, could you add an open area between the back service area and the show room to allow cars to be driven into the show room?

I have to say though, it's an amazing mod and I can't wait to see what else you come up with!!!

@MysticWhiteDragon Thanks for the feedback! Will fix clipping right away. Was thinking of making a nice looking garage door with a lot of windows and merging it into the windows on the side of the building
