1. Open: OpenIV.
2. Turn: Edit Mode
3. Navigate to: update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf/
4. If you want, you can make backup copy original file: w_me_knife_01.ydr , w_me_knife_01.ytd , w_me_knife_01+hi.ytd
5. Replace: w_me_knife_01.ydr , w_me_knife_01.ytd , w_me_knife_01+hi.ytd
