This pack contains only sirens, no weapon sounds, if you want your own weapon sounds you have to install them yourself :)
Installation: In the ZIP file you will find RESIDENT.rpf, put it in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx
Once that's done, just open the game and it should work.
