@gearspoon4
I am sorry to say this, but the only thing you got somehow right ... is the timings of the acceleration. You still need to work on the suspension stiffness, lateral traction and drive force is way too much. Now, in order to recreate a sim mod (not necesarly for this car) you need to reduce the max speed to about 90-110 km/h. That's the max speed (from my tests) that permits the car to be handled realistically. Anything beyond that is a big pile of arcade shit that a sim lover will never gonna appreciate. I am not gonna rate this because i cant give it more than 1 star (and thats for the effort). Please take my comment constructivly, I am trying to help you. I have quite some experience in handling.meta in gtav. If you need my help contact me and we can talk if you are interested in creating REALISTICAL handling mods (that means first-person driving, not 3rd person). Good luck.
@ValkyriePC you talk like u have driven 1000 Mclaren P1's LOL
@Dennissaurus
It's not about driving a McLaren, it's about driving any car. And yes, I've drove quite a lot of cars. If you have ever done that, you woudl understand how the real experience can be translated into the game through the handling.meta file. This is about us trying to recreate the feeling of the true experience in A GAME with limited resources (a few commands that handling.meta allows us). Driving with 200 km/h and still be able to turn a 60 degree corner its not realistic, is it ?! So yes, I dont have to drive a McLaren in order to know the basics of driving. As I said, that was a constructive comment, not a rant.
Acceleration is better, but the handling is off. Whenever you floor it out of a turn you lose traction and almost stop, and turning just doesn't feel right. its almost there just handling doesn't feel right. Also what @ValkyriePC said above. For now I will leave this at 3.5/5
@GTA Motorsport Thank you for your advice :)
@ValkyriePC Thank you very much, I think everybody have different ideas. You may like drive slow and enjoy the view in game, but i no. I like super car ,speed. i like to make mod like this try to make it realistic it fun. I make this mod I don't want to win anyone and don't want to make another mod to beat anyone.
@Dennissaurus I think so. :)
@GTA Motorsport I agree instead of sliding the car stops...I hope this isn't a GTA V handling engine limitation
@rastakilla Yeah I remember when trying to turn when flooring it the car turned like 2 degrees
damnnnnn pllllz lexus gs 300 2004
@bboywilly Ok. :) ,But right now I waiting a scripthook V update. I don't know how to spawn add-on car LOL.
@bboywilly If scripthookV updated , I will try to make your request .
I think your handling mod is pretty realistic, but its limited by the games physics engine. Theres permanent Traction Control and ABS in GTA that won't allow you to slide the car without losing almost all your speed. Also correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think theres a string on the handling to edit downforce values, so at high speeds most cars act really weird, any small bump on the road can send the car flying in the air. Ignore the guy saying to reduce the max speed to 100km/h, theres nothing realistic about that.
@Vinicius_117 :) Thank you.
hey how did you make the auto spoiler stay up?
