Here for the whole community is a 2012 Chevy Suburban. This is armored, with the windows, wheels, tires, etc. This model was made as a developer's version a while ago by SkylineGTRFreak (who makes really great aviation mods btw,) and there was only a semi-realistic one with default lights and only a default radio for an interior. This is ELS, too. Also, this is the first "Halfback" mod for GTA.
You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is change the vcf and vehicle files to what slot you want to replace, navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.
For me it would be:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it there
To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to: Not needed for this file

@acepilot2k7 I was actually working on a dual lightbar one before, I might finish it now that you asked for it. Maybe 3-4 weeks bc of school etc

@DevinKan: You're Lightbar is screwed up inGame. Like someone cut of the roof of it...
@Aebian Something about your game... thats an install problem not a model problem. @PNWParksFan Actually, the it has lods 0-3. I don't know what you're talking about.
@Aebian Maybe try removing fbi_hi.ytd from a previous model installation in the fbi slot?
whenever my new model is installed and i see problems or glitches, i just delete the hi+.ytd file and voila, done. so now i know why it is called halfback, forgive me for pointing out the obvious.
@DevinKan Just saying it seems the textures for the lightbars are missing from the ytd file,I took the textures from the Whelen Justice file released on lspdfr while I fail to find the tir3 file

but....I do think you need to check the file you uploaded,pretty sure the ytd included was an original version of skyline's which leads to the lightbar ,equipments inside and toughbook being white/textureless like the reports above...
Yo all the lights are white and the lightbar is broken af. I have tried with Post FX on high, very high and ultra.

The purpose of the vehicle can't be fulfilled. Back seats can't be accessed. Six people should be able to sit in the Halfback but only 4 can
