The Saab 2000 is a twin-engined high-speed turboprop airliner built by Saab. It is designed to carry 50–58 passengers and cruise at a speed of 665 km/h (413 mph). Production took place in Linköping in southern Sweden.
being a turboprop Aircraft, it was designed to be Fast and agile like the Jet airliners of same class, while giving benefits like Economy and cost effectiveness of a Turbo Prop.
For those people who have Add on problem. game crashes or add on vehicles simply don't spawn get this file from the following link this should solve the problem :

16 Passenger seats :) 16 players/ npc's passengers
can sit at the same time.
working Cockpit dials/insturments
Dual steering and controls
Breakable Glass windows
configured according to real life counterpart.
Complete Lods
near perfect Collisions.
Custom Handling. realistic enough. can reach,
615 KM/h speed as in real life.
Landing gear animation.
Landing gear door and other door animation.
steering animation.
entering animation has a bug, enters unrealistically,
will fix this bug soon, when i understand enter/exit animations.(its a minor thingy)
Sirens
landgear lights.
internal lights

For those people who are wondering how to get passangers inside the aircraft. use any spawner to spawn 16 bodyguards, while in first person view and looking at the respective seats or cabin . i could only spawn 8 at max. they shall spawn in the seats . if you are inside the aircraft. have fun.

1. Extract "dlclist.xml" with openIV from -----> \update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Add new line "<Item>dlcpacks:\saab2000\</Item>" to dlclist.xml
3. Save, and replace the old one at ------> \update\update.rpf\common\data
B. [Models and Textures part, Easy part]
-Extract all files in "x64" folder included in this download into -----> \update\x64\
=========SPAWNING THE NEW ADDED CARS=========
I recommend you to use Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer, etc with "spawn car by name" function.
Select this function and input the car name to spawn it
In game car names
Crossair Saab 2000--------> Type this name: saab2000
P.s if the game crashes after first run, use openIV and rebuild/defragment once. that will fix the Problem, only happened once.
For Replace use repalce folder readme.
@FoxtrotDelta really good work on this one. The plane looks great, the speed is a little unrealistic as it is faster than most of the jets I have in game, maybe a fix for that. Can you please make a Beechcraft King Air 350, love the smaller turbo props.
@Basscannon the speed and agility is Very realistic. it is this agile and speedy in real life. it was made to beat the jet aircraft. it was an ambitious project. i made its top speed to be 615 km per hour. real life speed is 655 km per hour. it was not achievable with maneuverability.
and yes i might make king Air 350 in future. Thank you for your feedback!
@Basscannon but yes, jets are slow in gta 5. handling can be changed easily with handling.meta file in the dlc. i might make it slower 400 km per hour in next update.
@FoxtrotDelta awesome cant wait for a KingAir in GTA. What line do I edit if I want to just edit this one to be a little slower?
@Basscannon go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\saab2000\dlc.rpf\data take out handling.meta file open it in notepad+ or any text editor, find the line :
<fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel value="615.500000" />
change 615.50000 to lets say 300
615 is actually the kilometer per hour speed.
if you find acceleration to be too much you can change :
<fThrust value="1.620000" /> to <fThrust value="0.620000" /> or may be
<fThrust value="1.00000" />

i done step by step and it still does not spawn
Alright, I just found this one here. And I love it, it's great! Now I have another turboprop aircraft next to my Dash 8. I know this mod is out now for quite a while, but I experienced a few issues with it. Unfortunately, you can see through the cabin when the landing gear is out (at the front), so you can see yourself sitting there. And I thought it would be great to see the flaps working :) Well but it's still a great plane! But maybe you wanna take care of it again.
