Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "lotusturbo80", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/lotusturbo80/"
spawn name lotusturbo80
vehfuncs features - Working wiper --- Place the lotusturbo80.ini file in to your vehfuncs folder

I was anticipating this as soon as you dropped the video. Literally my favorite street car ever! I used to see them pretty frequently in Dallas when it was awash in cocaine money and Thatcher's son was sort of involved with them.
@Gillman lol well It's taken a while to be able to upload, my PC is, well for better words on it's last legs. Keep getting blue screen of death, so the two cars uploaded today will probably be the last for a while :( enjoy and thank you for your support

@kjb33 Well that sucks. I scored a decent gaming PC late last year, but I was in the same boat with my prior PC. I think it started out with Windows 98, but became a ship of Theseus as I eventually swapped out pieces and OS's as they broke. I breathed a sigh of relief more than once when swapping the relatively cheap power supply resolved the issue, at least temporarily.
I love this. Looks almost like the ‘83 DeLorean.
