1. mods like this are only for PC!
2. single player only as using mods like this online WILL get you banned
3. you need a PC, GTA V pc version, OPENiv and some installation knowledge
4. you also need to know how to read readmes if they include instructions on how/where to install it

There is no installation folder. Where is the installation path? It's not in the readme.txt.
