Use OpeniV
Enable Edit mode and go to Update> Update.rpf> Common> Data and there locate the handling.meta file.
Next step: Right click on that file and use (replace) option and put the modifed file from this folder.
Manualy I did change this file because I dont know other way.
Now all vehhicles will be havier like in real life +/- and the inertion of all vehicles well be improved and the damage is real +/-
