This mod make the taxi car fly it is 100% controllable and is fun to fly it goes about the same speed as the spunk plane and handles like it to....
I will be adding more cars track bike in a update later on it you want a car done put a comment and i see what i can do...
Installation:
open....... OpenIV and replace the file "vehicles.meta" in the directory "update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5" (make a backup first)

HAHAAH nice mod is but is the taxi UVmapped or not
@Faysal He is only editing the vehicles.meta file not the taxi model files. Now any taxi is flying like a plane
@Faysal no it just charging the coding in the vehicles.meta to make the taxi fly....
