This is the CAT suburban or counter assault team suburban commonly used by the Secret Service in motorcades. They can be found in the back of the motorcades with the purpose of taking out threats that approach from behind. This is done by making the third row of seats facing backwards allowing someone usually equipped with a smg to shoot out the trunk window which has been lifted out of the way as seen in the pictures.

Rear facing 3rd row seats that can be sat in
shooting out the rear window works
Bugs:
Weird texture glitch with LODs. (Hopefully to be fixed)

It's pretty amazing except for the lightbar. I think you should consider fixing it as well as the back number plate!

awesome only 1 issue. When you move away from the vehicle it becomes chrome?? Also could you please make a slicktop version?
@Jai Raymond I’m going to try and fix that. It has to do with LODs. Sure I can add a slick top option if you like.

Close the back window, remove the lightbars at the back on the side, ad a livery (or template) and this would be a awesome marked police car ! (of course non-els like it is)

@darkblue the back window and light bars are supposed to be there. Look at the real life screenshots above. If you want a marked non secret service suburban they already exist on this site and lcpdfr

Don´t gt me wrong, this model is great.
But all marked 2008 suburbans are els-enabled...
I thought about skylinegtrfreaks base model of it. There is just a lightbar on the roof missing...

This is not the counter assault team's vehicle in terms of the US Presidential Motorcade. This SUV is identified as the Follow Car or it's name "Halfback".
Imagine if this had the folded roof turret too!
