Makes driving around Los Santos pretty dangerous... see the video for a look at the new gameplay.
New Update Has More Cars Go Crazy. But Not M, F, or T's car. this say the same so you can drive around.
Installation
1. open "openIV"
2. go to "mods folder (if you dont have one make one and copy update into mods folder) then go into update.rpf>common>data.
3. enable "edit mode" and drag "handling.meta" in to "OpenIV"
4. dont have fun. :)
I have supplied a backup.
HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great mod but when are you going to add in game options to turn it off\on
@Funkypineapple im not srry this was just a practice mod for future mods.
Game does't even load, It just freezes every time.
