- resource to your server, then simply use the audioNameHash on vehicles.meta entry of "kc115bmwe46st" on any car.
SinglePlayer:
- Drag the "kc115bmwe46st" folder into GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
- Edit the dlclist.xml in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
- Add the following lines dlcpacks: "kc115bmwe46st"
- then simply modify the audioNameHash line on vehicles.meta and put kc115bmwe46st" of car that you have installed.
