This is my harbor patrol/fire pack, and there are skins for both Harbor Patrol and Harbor Fire/SAR for both Tahoes.
Features:
-Whelen Legacy Lightbar
-Whelen IONs (2015: Front Grille and below spoiler)
-Whelen Dominator 4s (2013: Front Grille 2015: Rear Bumper Cutout)
-Whelen TAM85 TIR6 (2013: Rear Window)
-Working Cruise Lights
-HQ Interior
Installation:
.ytd & .yft files, and the ELS VCFs
Replace/add in yfts/ytds here:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NEWEST PATCHDAY/dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Add in the VCFs (FBI2 & SHERIFF2.xml) Here: GTA V FOLDER/ELS/pack_default

i dnt have PATCHDAY on mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\... etc
@Mau uh yeah you do put it in the patchday with the highest number... for example patchday 11

@DevinKan , the problem is on mods\update\x64\dlcpacks/... i dnt have this folders with patchday's
@Mau , the problem may well be that you haven't copied the patchday folders into your mods folder. If (somehow) you can't manage to do this then your best bet is to use your main directory to place the YTD & YFT files. For me, this would be:
steamapps>common>Grand Theft Auto V>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday13ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
Then I would strongly suggest you to extract the original fbi2 and sheriff2 YTDs and YFTs to your desktop, and possibly make a folder to keep them safe. (If there aren't any fbi2 YFTs and YTDs is patchday13ng, go to Grand Theft Auto V>x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf and extract them from there) The reason I suggest for you to extract the original YTDs and YFTs is just in case you need to revert.
