Generally if you want my suggestion i think you should allow for more simple and easier riot managing (like a quick mode where one button starts a large riot amongst the peds)
Also, is there enhanced support? Is scripthookvdotnet nightly supported?

Very interesting. Hope it continues getting updated unlike the rest of the riot/ped riot mods that got abandoned. I don't want to ask for much but you should try to take code or ideas from those old mods to make this one nicer/make this a spiritual successor to all of those mods.

doesnt work, gives me an error about shvdnc or something

use the ped riot/chaos mode mod it still works only for script hook v and it can work on enahnced

If you are done with the mod then please post the source code on a github page or somewhere new modders can use the code to make something out of it :)

still works even though its older than the other ped riot mod, even on enhanced it works

this doesnt work afaik, probably doesnt work with the new overhauled version of gta, using enhanced
