How do you uninstall / revert? It's not working for me

My game keeps crashing while loading in. I checked openiv.log and it always crashes on this line 02/03/2019 02:12:23.749 [3960] TRACE: [fiPackfile::openArchive] 'dlcMPHeist:/x64/data/cdimages/heist_mp.rpf'

Do you know how to fix this?
