I'm not sure if it's just me but for some reason I can't seem to be able to change any of Franklin's, Trevor's or Michael's stats. whenever I attempt to increase any of the stats using the mod menu, they revert right back except for the special ability stat which I was able to successfully max it out with the mod menu. does anyone know any fix to this issue?
